I just want to say for the money they charge, their customer service is below average. I had a question in regards to my bill and I was on hold for 48 minutes before I got a live person. I tried for three days in a row and same thing! If they deducted the amount of money off the bills that one has to spend on hold to speak to someone maybe they would answer calls in a timely manner! Unexceptable. Comcast rates are crazy for what we get!!!!
