    My name is Bernard Chan and just switch to Comcast, my complaint is about your Customer Service. They have set me for an appointment on June 8 and clearly told me that it's between 12 to 2 pm, 2:30 comes and still no Comcast so I decided to call them and they said that the time frame had been change to 8 am to 8 pm.     This company, has representatives that are very unprofessional unethical and ignorant. And yes, I said ignorant. I have chatted with 5 different individuals who have all gave me misleading fraudulent information.     I need a big button remote, or at least one that works, so I called 800-934-6489. They do not offer any other remotes, and if I want one that actually will display "last" or the Menu, the Guide or Info, I must contact someone else and request an exchange for another (exactly the same) remote.     Your internet service is probably some of the worst service I have ever dealt with. Your internet cuts out multiple times a day at, get this, certain points each day! Around 10-11 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 6-7 in the evening, and around 11 at night. None of this happens to any of my friends (they all have more expensive plans) and I'm starting to think it's a ploy to get us to pay more for your crappy service.     Comcast induced me to change my service (add phone, TV and higher speed internet) for a total amount of $139.00 monthly plus various taxes and rental fees.     Comcast is the absolute worst company ever! I was without my on demand feature for a full day (not the end of the world, I know) but ruined my plans for the day. I called them to ask about some kind of compensation for the loss. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Well that's so great, great customer service!     I will make this short. Comcast added a service i did not authorize and its been horrible to get it off my bill. i literally spent hours upon hours trying to get a resolution, even chatting on line with customer service.     I agree completely that Comcast is the worst company I've ever been with. I paid more and more money because they kept saying I didn't pay the entire payment and the "late fee" that I was charged for no reason at all which made me begin to realize I was fighting a losing battle with them.   • Huge Monopoly With the Worst Customer Service



    Comcast makes it impossible to return their equipment by mail. I requested prepaid boxes and never received them in time to mail. I moved out of the area and didn't have time to return the equipment to a service center. I received the "run around" from customer service and the equipment recovery department about where my equipment return kit was.     Ive been paying for service that doesnt even work. They sent service tech 3 time to fix the modem but they say they fix but as soon as they leave it goes out.     Too big to care.. I have spent several "days" trying to contact these people to change my service. No one answers the phones and to try and navigate their website is a nightmare (I'm sure by design). The best way NOT to provide a service is to provide it in a way that no one can take advantage of..     I am trying to help my aunt who has dementia manage her estate. Comcast is horrible to deal with regarding two international calls she placed in October. One call is for $600 and the other $200.     Last December, Comcast came out to repair a phone line. The next month we received a bill for 4 cable boxes; whereas, we only have 2. I was on the XFinity triple play contract priced at $99.99/month taxes and equipment fees(a total of $122) until I considered switching to a different carrier earlier this year.     I have two accounts with Comcast. One is for my cable tv which I pay for and one is for my internet service which my company pays for.     I have tried 5 times to call them on the phone. Each time I was on hold for 30 minutes or more before I gave up.
