    I have scheduled a technician to come out and fix my equipment since Friday afternoon. They have failed to come out and I am continuously rescheduled for the next day. I have been scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and now I am being told they won't be here until tomorrow. I got this service in hopes that I would be able to use it, not pay for the service and having a constant burden of having to call and figure out why the technician didn't come only to be rescheduled until the following day.     I cannot wait until AT&T can provide service in my neighborhood!!!! I had Comcast for years and had ALL kinds of issues. Slow internet, random internet outages for a minute or two, up to an hour or more. The television was not any better.     Comcast never honors the price agreements they make, and charge you extra rental on equipment they have made necessary, so you can even use the service you are already paying for. Their customer service is terrible, I have to spend a few hours on the phone each month fighting to get the service at the price they quoted.     I not only have daily problems with connectivity, but I have hourly problems and and even 10 minutes problems. I have an H-P, Asus, 2 Nook and 2 I-phones. My daughter really has problems at her home. She has 2 Macs, 3 I-Pads and 4 I-phones. I keep an H-P there. She even bought a new router and modem to no avail.     The complaint is that Comcast does not care AT ALL about its current customers. Specials are offered weekly for NEW customers - but NOT available to current ones. Their costs have skyrocketed - totally insane what they charge now even for basic services.     Comcast and the other companies like it have a monopoly in the areas they work in. I don't see how this is right/legal. I canceled my service with Comcast and had an $80 credit on my account, even though I only paid $60 a month for my services! I now have to wait 30 days for them to process my credit and send me a check. So they make us over pay for a service and when we cancel they make us wait 30 days to issue us a credit.     OMG Comcast is the biggest rip off I've ever seen.     Comcast has a big issue in monthly billing, I have noticed there are many complaints about comcast billing. Since we got X-1infinity box we had problems for weeks & after the 4th tech came he decided to put an amplifier and I made sure I will not be charged for anything & I just want my problem fixed.     It is absolutely unbelievable that a multi-billion dollar corporation such as comcast has so many poor reviews out there, and seemingly does nothing about trying to fix their reputation.     I paid a deposit to order the triple play. I was scheduled from 1-3, nobody showed. I called, they changed it from 3-5. Still nobody showed.     Comcast originally installed HD Preferred back in 2009. I called repeatedly and told them that my services will not allow me to watch television via HD.     Your internet service is probably some of the worst service I have ever dealt with. Your internet cuts out multiple times a day at, get this, certain points each day! Around 10-11 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 6-7 in the evening, and around 11 at night.     Comcast makes it impossible to return their equipment by mail. I requested prepaid boxes and never received them in time to mail. I moved out of the area and didn't have time to return the equipment to a service center.   • Asleep at the wheel..



    Too big to care.. I have spent several "days" trying to contact these people to change my service. No one answers the phones and to try and navigate their website is a nightmare (I'm sure by design). The best way NOT to provide a service is to provide it in a way that no one can take advantage of..
