    Before ever signing up with this company, I told the customer service rep. that I needed this service (cable/Internet/security) for my daughter who is in college and would only need this service for 1 year. I ask if there was going to be a disconnect fee after one year. She said "they will just transfer service to wherever she moves."   • 100% unreliable internet



    I am so beyond pissed with our Comcast cable and internet service. We have had them for about 4 years now and they have proved to be nothing but unreliable. We have had to set up 3 different wi-fi networks because they don't work. About once every 2 to 3 months our TV's all crash and are un-able to connect to the cable service. Or there is an "error" message for a full day, etc. The latest load of crap they've pulled is requiring all tablets and devices to be connected to their "WIFI" APP. What a nightmare.   • Not a trusted company



    I had a 2 year contract started about 1 year ago. My internet speed suppose be 100 Mbp compare to old 25 Mbp under the new contract. I had never checked the speed until couple days ago cause added couple more tablets. MY INTERNET SPEED had never be updated!!!   • Comcast/Xfinity is the worse company ever!



    Xfinity/Comcast sent a sub contractor to my home (I thought the rep was an Xfinity/Comcast employee) he broke several of my personal items. Now the company if giving me a hard time replacing them. One of the items the rep broke cost $800.00. Xfinity is trying to replace it with an item that will only cost them $479 and they want me to give my $800.00 item to them in order for them to give me the $479 item.     Aside from being tossed around from rep to rep, they where all so rude. 2 of them actually told me to just drop off my equipment and hung up on me. Worst customer service of my life. Everyone had a different answer for everything. Everyone had their own rules and regulations. None of which made sense.   • Xfinity taking customer money with hidden charges



    I got Xfinity Internet and HBO bundle.services that was advertised for $39 in February. When the bill came there was an extra $7 on my bill. When I called customer care, they told that's the amount Xfinity pay to some provider and that has to be provided by the service user.     Comcast billed me for a router rental that I do not have. The charge come to 15.16. I have auto-pay set up on my account. Comcast requires that all billing disputes be submitted within 60 days of billing. But for my due diligence in checking the bill, I may have been over paying for months into the future and had no recourse against Comcast.     I absolutely HATE Comcast, my bill is never what it's supposed to be. I literally have to reset my boxes at least 4 times a week. My cable boxes always freeze, and everytime I call, it's always well if it's not our fault you have to pay. Well it's not my fault you guys have cappy boxes.     I have been a customer of compost for almost five years and I have nothing good to say, other than the obvious complaints that others have my resent encounter was unreal.     I tried to sign up for Camcast internet & TV service on line. After entering all the required information, Comcast said the I was required to compete a on line chat prior to the order being accepted.   • Damage to home on April 29th during home security install



    XFinity technician came out on April 29th to install cable and security system,during that install he went into attic to drill hole for wires to pass through into one of the bedrooms. He missed his intended spot and came down through the top of the doorway. He apologized, took a pic with the phone on his camera.     This is th worst company I ever seen. They told us they will come between 10-12pm and they never showed up wasted my.   • Comcast is unethical and STEALS from its customers



    We hate Comcast -- they are a so unethical! Since December 2014 we have been trying to get our bill corrected and they actually increased it by $20 rather than reducing it by another $20. We signed up for one program and they did not give us the services we asked for and charged us more. We were on hold for 1-1/2 hours and they act stupid so you get frustrated.     I signed up for Comcast%u2019s xfinity internet and cable TV on 1.9.15. Internet was slow. I could not stream videos online. I called customer service. They said let the video upload first, then watch it. The cable TV reception was poor. We could not watch movies on cable without losing a picture (any movie any channel).     I have had Comcast for years and have tolerated the service constantly going out and the bad service. However, today the service tech came out and was extremely rude and aggressive.     I was forced to switch my internet and 2nd and 3rd phone lines with Comcast Business Class. I was then charged through Comcast Residential $100 for random visits in one bill, then and additional $100 a month for services not received.     Unreliable service, sometimes the internet is down for several hours, and one time, they refused to come to our house to check the problem because they went to our front door neighbors house instead. right in front, and they told us that they had to come back the next day because of the wrong house.     Giving Comcast a down grade for poor customer/sales service. Called Comcast in July to inquire for any promo on cable/internet service as our current promo service of cable/performance internet of $69.99 is to expire in August.
