    This is th worst company I ever seen. They told us they will come between 10-12pm and they never showed up wasted my. Morning , and then we called them they said they would come between 1-5pm and again ! They never showed up !!   • Comcast is unethical and STEALS from its customers



    We hate Comcast -- they are a so unethical! Since December 2014 we have been trying to get our bill corrected and they actually increased it by $20 rather than reducing it by another $20. We signed up for one program and they did not give us the services we asked for and charged us more. We were on hold for 1-1/2 hours and they act stupid so you get frustrated.     I signed up for Comcast%u2019s xfinity internet and cable TV on 1.9.15. Internet was slow. I could not stream videos online. I called customer service. They said let the video upload first, then watch it. The cable TV reception was poor. We could not watch movies on cable without losing a picture (any movie any channel).     The is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with is my life and all they do is try to scam you for every penny that you have.     I have had Comcast for years and have tolerated the service constantly going out and the bad service. However, today the service tech came out and was extremely rude and aggressive.     We called to tell Comcast we were moving. The representative stated if we stay a customer they will delete our old bill and start us on a fresh start of a 0 balance.     I cannot even believe I decided to sign up with Comcast. I paid $100 deposit only 6 day later it get shut off! They claim that I owe from a previous account! Most bullshit I have ever heard!     I was forced to switch my internet and 2nd and 3rd phone lines with Comcast Business Class. I was then charged through Comcast Residential $100 for random visits in one bill, then and additional $100 a month for services not received.     Where do I even start?!! Bought an HDTV in Dec. 2014. Hooked up tv to the cable box, but picture looked horrible. Called Comcast. The rep told me that we need to have a new digital box, but "since our service center isn't a walk in center, the box will have to be mailed at a cost of $9.95 shipping".     I recently had the unfortunately misfortune of having to choose Comcast as my internet service due to a move and the unavailability of other internet providers in the area.     I recently moved and transferred my service from my old home to my new one. Both are with Comcast and I made no changes to what my service was for.     In the 1 year that I have been a Comcast customer I have had nothing but terrible service on the phone, online, and in person. It took them 4 separately scheduled appointments to actually show up to install cable boxes.     $66 for 25mbps internet speed and I'm getting 5mbps at best. That's after spending 6 hours on the phone with them tonight when my service strangely degraded from 25mbps to 5mbps within the last week.     I have scheduled a technician to come out and fix my equipment since Friday afternoon. They have failed to come out and I am continuously rescheduled for the next day. I have been scheduled for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and now I am being told they won't be here until tomorrow.     Comcast never honors the price agreements they make, and charge you extra rental on equipment they have made necessary, so you can even use the service you are already paying for.     I not only have daily problems with connectivity, but I have hourly problems and and even 10 minutes problems. I have an H-P, Asus, 2 Nook and 2 I-phones.     The complaint is that Comcast does not care AT ALL about its current customers. Specials are offered weekly for NEW customers - but NOT available to current ones. Their costs have skyrocketed - totally insane what they charge now even for basic services.
