    had On Demand off for over two weeks, Tried to call Comcast, but couldn't get through for over a week. Finally after 20- 30 minutes someone answered, passed to tech, sent signal, it did not work sent to 2 tier tech-never picked up. Tried for rest of week to get someone to schedule a tech to come to home, each person assured me someone would show up Wed., Thursday, Friday and Sunday. NO ONE EVER CALLED TO CANCEL OR SHOWED UP TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I now have a supposed appointment for December. Who knows if it is an actual appointment or anther lie. More...

    We had a bad experience initially with Comcast's customer service, but within hours of my posting a review on Measured UP I heard from Comcast. An executive customer service rep called and gave me his direct line, which I called the following day. He listened to the problem and said, "We need to send someone out." The next afternoon we got the help we needed. I appreciate Comcast's response and hope that it indicates that the company is addressing the source of the problem. More...

  • Best cable company on west coast

    Complains complains complains.. that's all what customers do. Let me tell you one thing, I've been with Comcast for two years now on everything they have. Their internet simply beats all competition in the west coast at 12Mbps (sometimes higher) for regular and 18Mbps for internet at VERY low prices. Set up is easy as pie and free. And when i changed address.. the guy came 5 hours after i called and i didnt even unpack and i had cable and internet again... not only that.. but they threw in free HBO for six months.     Comcast has been good to us for the last 5 years. We have 3 cable boxes, 3 computers and 1 home phone all with Comcast. 2 of our computers are on wireless and we've had no problems with it. Our cable shows, Showtime, HBO, Cinemax have great shows that you just don't get on regular TV cable programs. Our internet is FAST!!!...and no problems.If we ever had a question, we just called the free 800 number and the customer service people were always nice. We are very satisfied. More...
