    I am A senior, trying to live off a fix income. and was truly given and a written agreement by one of your representative. she stated, that my bill would not exceed over $126.oo per taxes and I requested 3 extra boxes which should have cause a increased of about 133/month. now I am being told this was not a contact. I have a bill for 174. and I can not pay this amount. I totally dispute these charges such as admin fees late fees, video reactivation fee. this is not true. regulatory recovery fees. this is a lie. please remove this off my bill.Thank you. More...

    Comcast is the worst company EVER!!!! Their service sucks. You pay and pay and their service gets worse! I have had to deal with them for the past 15 yrs because they are the only company who provides service in Montgomery County Maryland who provides cable and my apt complex won't allow direct tv. Thier service hit rock bottom three yrs ago and has only gotten worse!!!!!. My tv just goes off, get pixellations, freezes and gets black screens. Right now there is no signal to my Tv! I had my lines, tvs, boxes,signals every thing changed and checked and guess what it is still going on... More...

    Yes Comcast has started to move some channels to digital. This was supposed to be February, 2009, however, they are doing it now on Boston 10, Hallmark, AMC & MSNBC. If you like these channels you now need a box. This is $1.99 for each for one year and then it goes to $6.99 per box. I have 4 TVs. Does anyone justify spending $28/month just for a box to watch TV? I don't. I will need the $28 + for my gas and heat in the winter. Being a customer for over 8 years they continue to rip me off, each year you pay for something extra.
