    Just spoke with Josh (I think) in Utah about phantom charges on my bill. Not only did he fix (reverse) them... he apologized. And, he asked me how my holidays were going. This is a far cry from the mostly terrible service I've encountered in the dozens of previous calls to Comcast over the years. He was helpful, honest, and effective... a far cry from the standard Comcast experience. Thanks, Josh, here's to hoping Comcast is actually intent on providing this level of service in the future.     Email to Frank Eliason after digital upgrade mishap. I want to thank you for restoring our service so quickly. While this overall experience has been disappointing I appreciate the personal attention you gave this matter. You responded to all of my emails quickly and worked with me for a resolution. While I have to honestly admit that my final acceptance of the promotional offer was based on personal reasons I do look forward to improved customer relations.     i had comcast cable in central florida and only once had a problem, where we were billed for service that we weren't receiving, but the amount was refunded before we even complained.. we now have comcast service in southern new jersey, we have had fairly good service, they did take over a month to install and start services, but when my boyfriend got upset and complained(yelled at them over the phone) a few times they gave us free HBO for 6 months, which i guess makes up for it... we did have a problem with our box once and they promptly sent a guy out( after hours) the same day and...   • Comcast not bad

    I have used comcast and it really is not a bad company. Logistically it is hard to keep all your customers happy but they seem to be trying hard. I think this company has learned a lesson and is putting more effort on keeping consumers happy and placing a value on customers. It is not easy but if they keep it up they can build their reputation and brand. More...

    Hi, my name is June, and I here to say nice things about Comcast Cable serving South Jersey. The offer the "triple play" which includes hi-speed internet, home phone service, and, of course, home cable tv service. The set up went very well, they guys were quck and professional. The service after was even better. We had a few questions and they answered them within 1 day. Two guys came to the house to make sure everything was ok. I was impressed. More...
