Aside from being tossed around from rep to rep, they where all so rude. 2 of them actually told me to just drop off my equipment and hung up on me. Worst customer service of my life. Everyone had a different answer for everything. Everyone had their own rules and regulations. None of which made sense. So annoyed that I spent thousands and thousands of dollars in a company that can't even answer a simple billing question. All of my services will be cancled. You may also want to retrain your reps.
