Dear Mr. Roberts:

We just recently moved to Mount Pleasant, SC. Unfortunately, Comcast Cable is the only option for us here other than Direct TV. Not sure which is the worse of two evils. Your company has lied to us, stolen from us and just, all in all, has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever, in my wildest dreams, could imagine possible. I thought Cox Communications was bad, man you have topped them big time!!!

Our home visits are late constantly. We moved from an apartment to a house and called to change our address and move our boxes over. We were then charged for 6 boxes even though we only had 3. We have always had 3, but your company would not believe us, and made us take a day off of work to be home to have an agent come to our home to PROVE IT! They in turn NEVER SHOWED UP!!! NOW WE HAVE LOST NUMEROUS DAYS OF WORK, FOR SHIT WORK, AND TO PROVE TO YOUR COMPANY THAT WE HAVE 3 BOXES AND ONLY 3 BOXES, WHICH WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD SINCE WE STARTED PAYING YOUR SHIT COMPANY FOR CABLE!!!! Reimbursement for the other 3 imaginary boxes?????? One month!!! Not the entire time frame, one month!

We have never EVER been given the $20 %u201Coh we are sorry for showing up late or not showing up AT ALL%u201D! We have had two days of our boxes not working at all, and called for help! We tried to see if we could get %u201Ccredit%u201D for the the time boxes were not working after installation. It was promised that $30 would be credited, BUT NO!!!! NO CREDIT, NO $20 FOR NOT SHOWING UP ON TIME, NOTHING FROM YOUR STINKING COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER CARE OR CONCERN!!! WTF man!!! This is YOUR company!!!! What are you doing up there in your CEO office anyway?????

Congratulations Mr. Roberts! Job well done for that 6 figure income I am sure you get every year! How can I get a job at Comcast???
