Comcast cable/internet bundle


Giving Comcast a down grade for poor customer/sales service. Called Comcast in July to inquire for any promo on cable/internet service as our current promo service of cable/performance internet of $69.99 is to expire in August. Was given the new price of $62.82 for the bundle for 6 months. Now we received a bill totaling $107.98, $89.99 for the cable/internet service. Called them today to complain & was told that they do not have such promo for $62.82, & told them we were never informed of this. They are offering me the $69.99/month but I need to downgrade to economy on the internet service. I flatly said NO!!!
