Internet connection sucks and customer service is horrible


I've had Comcast for about a year and only have a few things to say about it. The customer service is faulty, internet connection is poor, and unnecessary billing. The best internet connection I can get for any of my electric devices is at most 40%. When I canceled my subscription, I got charged an extra $109.00 a month later. I ended up paying the bill and got the same bill a week after I paid it. If you are thinking of getting Comcast, don't.
