I had a 2 year contract started about 1 year ago. My internet speed suppose be 100 Mbp compare to old 25 Mbp under the new contract. I had never checked the speed until couple days ago cause added couple more tablets. MY INTERNET SPEED had never be updated!!! I contacted the company and they can't do anything about it because NOBODY HAD REPORTED the issue. We trusted the company, THAT IS A MISTAKE!!! I always trust people and respect people, is that a mistake too ?
