I have been a customer of compost for almost five years and I have nothing good to say, other than the obvious complaints that others have my resent encounter was unreal. I was having problems with my services and ended up getting my bill changed for my inconvenience and payed my remaining balance and was told everything was caught up on. I then get my next bill and pay that on time. Here comes the issue my bill for this month said I owed 79.44 I called and talked to customer service, they rectified the situation took off the 79.44. Three days later they shut off my service again they turn it back on reassure me the79.44 is off my bill and apologize(they also gave me a confirmation code) . Six days later my service is shut off again, I spent another full Day of my time on the phone. I talked to a manager who says I have to pay the 79.44 even though two employes in the billing department said I didn't. I asked them to listen to the recordings and was told it wouldn't matter if they promised that I still have to pay and it is my fault for not getting the proper billing information and that sometimes the paper bills are wrong, and I should use other methods for my billings. This is a multi-million dollar company who can't keep there word, offer no compensation for your troubles because they don't train there employees correctly so I get penalized for what three people promised was taken care of but was not. I will be sure to let others know what type of company this is and how horrible of customer service they have......they basically are saying the customer is wrong no matter what.
