POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! - comcast Example: The product name of washing machine


We called to tell Comcast we were moving. The representative stated if we stay a customer they will delete our old bill and start us on a fresh start of a 0 balance. They lied turning our bill into a 723.00 bill! We called and we were promised a call back from a supervisor so that the matter can be resolved. We never got a call back and our service was interrupted. We called in complaining about our situation. One representative stated she willdelete our bill and we will receive the new bill. If we pay 139.83 today we can have our serviced reactivated and a call back from a supervisor. We agreed and was transfered. The collections stated she neve notatedagreememt and we must pay 723. I was so upset that everyone was living to us. The first technician did a horrible job at puttig our cable cords in. They looked ugly. We called for tech and they never came. Since day one its been horrible. They are a bunch of liars!
