Poor customer service - I greatly detest this company
I recently had the unfortunately misfortune of having to choose Comcast as my internet service due to a move and the unavailability of other internet providers in the area. I hated them before and now it just confirmed why I detest this company so much. I ordered the 25 MBSP package for $29.99 and was provided the 3 MBSP package for $19.99. Was told that I couldn't change it and that there office couldn't change it...customer care, etc. I am now stuck with this slow speed UNTIL another internet provider comes into the area. I will NEVER recommend COMCAST to anyone who is in their right mind. This company sucks, the customer service sucks, and everything about them sucks. As soon as another provider comes into the area...I am switching. Do not subscribe to this company. They are are rip off!!!
