TERRIBLE!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. WE MOVED AND TRIED TO SCHEDULE SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND CONNECT OUR EQUIPMENT AND ADD HOME SECURITY. THE FIRST TIME AFTER HOUR AND A HALF ON BEING ON HOLD WE GOT HUNG UP ON THREE TIMES. THEN WHEN WE FINALLY GOT TO TALKING TO SOMEONE THEY "SCHEDULED" US. NO ONE EVER CAME. THEN WE CALLED AGAIN AND THERE WAS NO RECORD OF US EVER CALLING TO CHANGE OUR ADDRESS OR SCHEDULING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT. SO WE TRIED TO SCHEDULE AGAIN. NO ONE SHOWED UP. WE CALLED THIS SUNDAY BEFORE FOOTBALL STARTED SO WE COULD MAYBE CONNECT TO CABLE OURSELFS JUST SO WE COULD WATCH SOME TV AFTER 3 WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET THEM HERE, WE WERE ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS AND THE GUY AFTER HE PICKED UP HE HUNG UP ON US. I AM DONE WITH COMCAST . THEY HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
